Code of conduct and business ethics

Last updated

Summary

Every Accenti employee and representative acts honestly, lawfully, safely and with respect, and protects the trust that clients, colleagues and communities place in Accenti.

Who it applies to

The Code applies to directors, managers, employees, temporary personnel, and agents, contractors and subcontractors acting for Accenti. It sits above, and links to, every other Accenti policy.

Key requirements

  • Obey the law

Comply with the laws of every country where we work, client site rules and the conditions of our contracts.

  • Work safely

Follow the industrial safety policy, stop unsafe work, and report hazards, incidents and near misses.

  • Act with integrity

Never offer, give, request or accept a bribe. Declare gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest under the anti-bribery and corruption policy.

  • Respect people

Treat everyone with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited.

  • Protect assets and information

Use vehicles, equipment, funds and systems only for legitimate company purposes, and keep client and company information confidential.

  • Respect communities and keep accurate records

Behave respectfully toward host communities, prevent pollution, and record time, expenses, transactions and inspections truthfully.

This page summarizes the policy. The signed document is the authoritative version.
