Quality policy

Summary

Accenti delivers products and services that meet client requirements, applicable standards and the agreed specification, first time, and continually improves the way it works.

Who it applies to

The policy applies to every Accenti service line, and to the subcontractors and suppliers whose work forms part of an Accenti delivery.

Key requirements

  • Client requirements

Requirements, specifications, drawings and acceptance criteria are reviewed and confirmed before work starts. Changes are agreed in writing.

  • Planning and hold points

Inspection and test plans define what is checked, by whom, against which criterion and when. Work does not pass a hold point until it is released.

  • Materials and suppliers

Materials come from approved suppliers, are checked on receipt and are traceable to their certificates. Non-compliant materials are quarantined.

  • Competence and equipment

Work is done by trained, competent people using maintained equipment, with measuring and test equipment calibrated.

  • Non-conformance and correction

Every non-conformance is recorded, contained and corrected, and its root cause is addressed so it does not recur.

  • Records, handover and feedback

Work is handed over only with complete inspection and test records. Client feedback is logged, answered promptly and used to improve.

Reference framework

  • ISO 9001: Quality management systems

This page summarizes the policy. The signed document is the authoritative version.

Speak up

Right first time

If work does not meet the specification, stop, record it as a non-conformance and tell your supervisor. It is fixed before it is handed over.
