SKA required a well-located, regulation-compliant site in Mogadishu for logistics and operational activities, without the cost and complexity of buying land.
Our approach
We prepared the site to the client's requirements and have leased and maintained it since 2021, keeping it in operational condition.
Security is coordinated on site, and lease terms are adjusted as the client's operations grow and change.
