Project 02
An air bridge to Baidoa
Mogadishu–Baidoa Air Transport
The challenge
Kube Energy needed a dependable supply line for energy equipment and solar components serving the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) in Baidoa.
Our approach
We plan each movement from Mogadishu to Baidoa, from route and load planning to the handling and packaging of sensitive equipment.
Security is coordinated for every shipment in transit, and each consignment is tracked and reported so the client and end-user have clear visibility from dispatch to delivery.
The outcome
A reliable air supply line that keeps critical energy equipment moving to Baidoa on schedule since 2023.
